Don't know for sure but I'd say the person is way too young to have that many campaign ribbons. Looks like a poser.

His insignia shows he's an E-7 Master Sergeant.

Yup Air Force Master Sergeant stripes with a Master Pilot Badge and more ribbons than the Chief-Of-Staff..not to mention his Army CIB and other badges..some might even be Civil Air Patrol. Did some digging on facebook..found this from a couple years back on this bozo.
