New hunting pistol build started yesterday. This is an M.O.A pistol (http://www.moaguns.com/moa_max.html) that is getting a new barrel. The blued barrel that is on it now is a .308 Win. The new chamber will be in 6.5 Creedmoor. If Mrs.Downtown lets me go back to Wyoming after antelope I will have a great rig for it. The barrel that is going to be fitted to it is the ugly stainless blank next to it. Need to taper it and flute it.
Have not decided on the muzzle brake as of yet. It will need a new fore end as well. Most likely it will be made of aluminum.
I will take pictures as the build goes along.
