Yep, They just made criminal’s out of all of us law abiding citizens and had "0" effect on those who already break the law. The good thing is that the prisons are so overcrowded that they are doing early release on anyone who promises to good from now on........

They don't even need to promise. The Kalifornia Fish and Wildlife under the direction of Diane Fienstein is now in charge of the Kalifornia Prison System. She has instigated a catch and release program. She said in a news conference yesterday that extra room needed to be made for all those that had not committed a crime, furthermore under her new Probable Suspicion Act SB1695 any law abiding citizen that does not break the law but can be made to appear unlawful is in direct violation of the catch and release program and will need to serve there entire sentence... even if innocent of all charges.
