I think the field of 3-D printing has endless possibilities. But for making a weapon right now it needs more tweaking. But still amazing what someone can do with a high tech printer these days.

Since the Republicans caved without even a whimper over the "plastic gun" deal, 3D printed guns will be exclusively limited to government. Possession of a 3D printer and "weapons grade" plastic will be subject to fines, penalties and prison time, just like NFA "constructive possession".

Durnburnit, I want to get Me several of the AR-15 poly lowers, before the buggers outlaw them too.
I`m hoping they get the polys in a .308 developed real soon too.
