I'll start a new thread of my build when parts start to arrive, but I have a quick question for the AR GURU's on here. Is a Les Baer Custom BCG decent or no? I ordered my BCM mid lenght upper, and it should be here this week. Found the Les Baer BCG locally with a BCM extractor upgrade kit installed as well as a new WMD Nickel Boron cam installed. Should I get it, or wait till I find something else?

it sounds like a fine BCG.
I think it depends entirely how much the guy is asking.

Keep in mind tho, the BCG crisis is over and BCGs are freely available most places again now..so it's no longer a sellers market.

Here it is. No markings on it at all. Not alot of info on the web about Les Baer BCGs and I'm not sure if its HPT/MPI tested at all. Staking looks minimal, but sufficient.

Even tho Le Bear is known more for pistols than rifles they have an impeccable reputation so I would be very comfortable with their gear
