It needs to be done everywhere. If they'd release all the small time, not violent mj criminals, it would take alot of stress off of overcrowding in prisons. If legalizing it would reduce DUI deaths I'd be all for it. I don't even hear of people who are high do near the stupid shit that drunks do, and certainly don't hear of people who are high killing all the people that drunks do. Neither is good, but wth, people will always use something for recreational purposes.
