Custom shoulder rig

Hey.

I'm looking for a shoulder holster/rig to carry handcuffs, a small flashlight, radio and multitool.

My ammo and pistol is on my belt.

Does anyone know a place where one would be able to purchase such a holster? Preferably a discreet one.

If you haven't already done so, do a search on Amazon for a Tactical Shoulder Rig. It came back with a bunch of different options. You just need to pick out which one fits your needs. I'm not sure carrying all that stuff around can be discreet.
