I wanted to ask since a level 3 bullet proof vest can stop most guns up to a rifle bullet , will it be double the protection if i wear 2 at the same time.

Short answer - no. Level IIIA will NOT stop rifle rounds, need to go to a "higher level" that. Contact AR500.com for plates and a plate carrier, good prices.
