UZIs are heavier than MP5s/7s and have a greater cycling bolt mass. So its less realistic to fire them one handed. Not that firing the MP7 is particular realistic but certainly much less unrealistic than firing a UZI single handed. :)

Update: Just came back This thing is hard-as-nails. 2.5 day course in South Carolina, started friday nite. All attendees were high testosterone types and the vast majority quite fit. In its own way physically harder than say Max Velocity which in itself is more physical than most others...
