Well, I've seen Kenyan gov't troops with SCARs, so I guess it's time the Russians upgraded to something less than 60 years old.

Maybe they should ask the Finns for help, they have had arguably the best AK variant since the mid 90s.

trivia: The first galils where built on finish receivers.

And in turn the R4 is a derivative of the Galil

Make it in AK74 caliber and it would be neat. Nice weapon mix of both worlds.
