After slacking off through most of June (after strong a march, april ,May), July has been better for exercising, though not perfect.
This first week of August however in particular is looking good, so far:
3 runs
2 iron pumps
1 Ruck march (planned for tomorrow)
If all my weeks were like this I'd be a very different man...
