Testing the waters with my 5.45mm Upper

Have had a harder time getting access to places that will let me shoot the 5.45mm
So looking to sell the upper if anyone is interested:

How much are you going to want for it? Why is it hard to find places to shoot it?

I just paid $830 for it. I'll take 750.
its a really nice upper.
But since the 5.45mm has a penetrator and my local range is indoors they wont let me shoot it.
I havent had any chance to get to outdoor ranges like I thought i would.

So thats why I wanna sell it.

If i had the opportunity for an outdoor range it would be grreat I could use to to train myself thru high volume shooting with 17-18 cents a round ammo,
