After they sunk that South Korean warship three years ago, with the lost of 46 sailors..which they still deny..I would of launched immediate airstrikes against key military naval targets up north in response.

I still say this would be his smartest move. To attach one of these to a satellite and be able to set it off over North America. If it works as designed, it could put us back many many years.

It said in the article that the EMP doesn't cause casualties. Maybe not directly but the after affects would be devastating. Without electricity there would be no refrigeration to keep meds cool. Respirators would not work. Backup generators may be inoperative. Many people would perish due to modern conveniences no longer functioning.
