I'm watching the long version now. They include the media too, and the media is controlling this thing. OMG, it's unreal. It's show for TV guys. These guys are pist. And I"m pist watching it !!! WOW

I'd say take the time and watch the long version, UNLESS OF COURSE YOU HAVE A BLOOD PRESSURE OR HEART PROBLEM. In that case, DO NOT WATCH THIS !!! It will piss you the hell off.

It will be something to watch because it will be challenged and a lot of states will be watching to see what happens

I will have to agree with one of the citizens, if I was ever on a jury for someone breaking one of those laws, not guilty would be my only stance....

Yep, I said the same thing. I'd love to be on a jury, and if I was to get charged, I would settle for nothing less than a jury trial otherwise, it again is NOT giving me my right to a Speedy Trial, nor would I be getting due process of the law, and I honestly don't see how a jury would convict anyone with the right defense attorney citing the US Constitution. Granted you're gonna get a couple liberals on the jury too, the DA will make sure of that. But still a hung jury is NOT a guilty verdict.

I think you're right. There is enough people pist off, this will be challenged all the way to the Supreme Court and set a precedent and then we can ALWAYS cite the case going forward like happened in DC when the Supreme Court overturned total gun ban. First it will have to go to State Supreme Court, so it will take alot of time. It could take years and likely will.

The DB on ammo purchases is just stupid.....

Where a box of 50 is plenty for some people, I could go through 1000 a month in just 4 shooting days. To tell the truth, if I could shoot every day I would. I could go through 4-5000 rounds a month and never get tired of it. How in hells name would the government ever figure out based on purchases..... intent. Hell, based on that logic, I could surmise that anyone seeking public office is a cheat and a crook and a sexual preditor
