Just sold my 08 ram hemi and bought this 03 Tahoe (no payment).

I sold the hemi so I could put more money into this: Project:Lucky 13

It is a 1986 GMC S-15. I am building a sbc350 for it now, which is very close to being done.

What gets me through the day these days now that the economy tanked and I needed something less practical but more affordable

You should have seen it when I picked it up, it was gray, scratched, dented and just a mess...... Cleaning that Viper paid off, spent days getting it to at least look respectable

Good looking truck. Been thinking about selling my silverado and getting something that's older but reliable. I just don't drive it enough to justify paying notes anymore. It's almost 2 years old and only has 9k miles

I paid $1000 for the truck, $800 for some really good tires, put 1200 into a front end rebuild with the help of family now both gas tanks work. It still needs some odds and ends, but no payments, insurance is cheap and it gets worse gas mileage than my Viper did. It's no garage queen, it has 197k miles on it, doesn't blow smoke, air condition and heater work pretty dam good......

All in all.... It's a keeper

2000 UZJ100 Toyota Land Cruiser. It's slow even w/ the V8 and gets atrocious gas mileage...but it is the literal definition of a land tank. It goes wherever I point it. Here's a few pics from Argentine Pass last month.

07 F-150, over 16G in mods, lots of rhino liner, Nathan K5 train horns, rigid 30" light bar, 4.56 gears, 6" lift, fuel wheels, full audio system. Lots of other stuff. Can't remember it all.[
