I know someone the works in the Mental Health arena, the fact that Therapists can ask about guns, report people they are seeing to law enforcement..... This has bad written all over it. I understand what they are thinking, did anyone ever take the time to learn what the people seeking help will be thinking

The executive actions announced included stricter prosecution of would-be gun buyers who fail background checks

Are we saying if someone does a back ground check and fails, the gun shop does not sell the gun and the would be gun buyer goes to jail for breaking no laws WTF
