I went up there today and they had clean up crew there and I know the security that was outside and there were not sure what happened. People where on the line I think someone shot a tracer........

Not really, but I think someone did it on accident...loaded a may before going and not catching it. Alot of ars shooting

Most likely. I can't think of any use I'd have for tracers in the civilian world

A lot of places are selling cheap (by todays standard) tracer 5.56.

I am sure some might consider it a substitute
