Too bad the driver didn't aim a little higher and eliminate that city rat for good...now the tax payers will get stuck with his hospital care, public defender and court costs for a trial.

Ohh I don't know if you can hit the femoral artery in legs that will rid the world of that scum too. You can bleed out really fast from getting hit there, but I agree that he should have aimed more center mass, but without seeing the scene he was in maybe he couldn't do it safely without risking hitting an innocent. *Shrug*
