Does anybody have a special belt they wear when CCW ing. My belts are getting to big and both of the makers are out of business.

Go to a police/army/navy store and get a good sturdy leather duty belt. I have two that close with velcro so they're infinitely adjustable.

Any quality leather belt will work. The cheaper, thin ones will get soft very quickly and roll and not support your holster.

I'm a firm believer in a good belt when carrying. A good belt will make you forget a gun is on your side. It will hold like it should and not move or roll.

I highly recommend The Belt Man belts. I know a lot of people who use these belts, myself included, and have never heard a bad word.

The Wilderness Belt is another gray belt. I prefer the 5 stitch for the extra stiffness.

I wear a 5.11 Fulton 1 1/2 inch, and I have a Velcro nylon belt. For my birthday I'm
Askking for a leather belt but not sure what to get myself so any tips would be great...

Instructor Belt is not rigid enough unless you get the insert in it. Held one in my hand today.A small light pistol my do fine but I like big guns. Glock 23 +.

That's why I suggested the five stitch and meant to also include the insert. It's an extra $15 but makes for a great set up.

What he said.
Double thickness + strength belts are available at those store.
Normal belts are often too wimpy to properly secure that mass.
