No, you said you were pretty sure it's illegal, which is just about the same thing. All I'm saying is that without a law prohibiting selling a firearm you've made for personal use, it's legal.

.32 acp has really been overshadowed by .380, and pretty much relegated to lower quality pistols such as jennings and kel-tec, but I have a little inox Beretta Tomcat that I'm quite enamored with. Great little pocket pistol, with solid construction and a nice finish.

I don't know why pistol caliber carbines are not more popular. I'd love to have one in .40S&W that takes my XD40 magazines.

Only what is prohibited by law is illegal. There is no federal law prohibiting it. There may be a state law somewhere.

They've been around for at least 10 years that I remember seeing them. Not really worth it to me, since there's no denying that I already own firearms. It's not illegal to sell a gun that you have made. It's illegal to manufacture a gun for sale without having a manufacturer's FFL.

One of my carry guns is the 327PC, but I didn't pay anywhere near MSRP on it. I'm with you on the tacticool/revolver stuff, too. Sure I have plenty of autos, and love them, but an auto-even a well made 1911-can't approach the refinement of a well-made revolver. :Caffeine:

I've been settled on a 20" FNAR for when I get into a .308 rifle, but this one has me considering whether or not I'd be better off with a 16". this Ruger is an AR pattern rifle, the magazines are cheaper, and optics would not be mandatory. That would put the initial investment about the same.

Very cool. I would walk with a limp if I carried a 7-shot...I have a thing for even numbers in a revolver... Good choice though.
