A old fashioned Black Powder Cannon may be purchased freely in the United States. A modern breech loaded artillery piece however is near impossible to get unless you operate a museum..

So are these made specifically as fireworks or is there another employment for them? How much flame are we talking about? Not familiar with this ammo.
