In defense of the Blackhawk Serpa holster

PS: The PROS are so overwhelming, the one "issue" that despite it being banned at some classes it is still my primary open carry holster for my fullsize Handgun.. and i have 2 of them because I think they are so good.

In defense of the Blackhawk Serpa holster

What is it? A mold injected hard plastic retention holster. Pros: - Very affordable - Strong (I weigh well over 220 lbs and a guy once basically lifted me up by my gun trying to take it out of my holster during a class) - Comfortable and well fitting - Light - Holster angle can be changed via...

Some thoughts on Ammo/firearm balanced stash

I believe Ammo is just as important.., no scratch that, more important, than the firearm itself. Guns last a long time but Ammo goes "Bang" and is then gone, so the actual "agent-of-harm" that is the limiting factor in my ability to put effects on target is the Ammo, not the firearm. As a rule...

Why you should always use a holster

I knew this would happen sooner or later with the new carry method of appendix. I use it also but I have a quality holster and a pistol that has an external safety. I prefer both working in concert. I would not carry a gun w/o external safety unless its ina positive retention holster.

Proposing a skills classification system for the tactical Rifle

    1) Maybe :) 2) Networking trumps OPSEC. Go to your local church.. if meetup.com has a local prepper group. go to the range talk to folks.. go out and meet folks.. they might save your families life one day or you thiers. but first you have to meet. I met 90% of my friends by going to tactical...
