I'm installing a wood stove in my house so I've been looking into log splitters. Came across this video of a horse powered kinetic log splitter. How do they keep the horse going?

I think you'll get more cooperation from the horse. Having a bit of a prepper mindset I thought this was a very smart way to be able to use power equipment even when there is no electricity or fuel for an engine.

Four or five zombies and a cattle prod would work. Hay burners can get expensive fast. You got wood and all the drive gear why not steam?
