Does Pennsylvania have the death penalty?

Yeah, I believe they do. I think I remember the news anchor saying that the DA would be going for the death penalty. Hmmm...... he looks a little beat up in this photo. He musta run into something.

Just heard that also. He was transported in the slain troopers car and was restrained in his cuffs.That won't raise his children.
