I took Joes advice and went out on my balcony. I was very disappointed to see that the government hadn't supplied me with a wide open wooded area. I will be emailing my Senators in the morning

I don't even have a balcony and I'm mad as hell about it. I wasn't notified when they implemented the balcony program. If it's not too late I want construction to start Monday.
