The price of ammo for the 5.7x28 is running around $27.00 - $32.00. Not much different than what I am paying for other factory ammo here in West Central Florida.

Well this past week I picked up a FN FiveseveN MKII. It is chambered in 5.7x28MM. It is a very accurate shooter and I am very much enjoying shooting it. I also picked up a FN PS90 also chambered in 5.7x28MM with 2 50 round magazine.

I got some good news today at my LGS. They will have my S&W .460 Magnum in sometime in September. Can't wait till I have it in my hands.

Correct that is why I picked it over the 500 magnum that they had in the store.

The only downside is that I will have to wait until my LGS can get one in for me. If it takes as long as it did for them to get the S&W 986 for me it will take about 6 months. Where if I would have selected the 500 I could have it now.

I was looking at picking up a 500 Magnum but I decided to go with a S&W .460V Magnum. This firearm is more versatile since you can shoot 3 different cartridges from the same gun.

I sweep up all brass at the range that no one is claiming. At this point I have close to 50 pounds of 9mm brass and I sold all of my 9mm guns. I am stocking up on 9mm brass because once I can find a S&W Model 986 then I will start reloading it. The 986 is S&W new 9mm revolver.
