I just got an EOTech at a very good price on a Black Friday sale thru Optics Planet. I did the research and knew that the EOTech EXPS3 with one red dot was what I wanted. The sight is better than I hoped for - very nice - fast sighting and accurate. I highly recommend it!

I have Tritium Sights on every handgun I have and on some of my rifles. I just like the sight picture - even in the daytime. And they do work well in the dark, but it takes alittle more time to line them up unless you practice with them in the dark.

A 9 MM would be my recommendation! The ammo is relatively inexpensive, the recoil is not an issue, and there are a lot of pistol available in this caliber. The I would recommend getting some lessons before they developed to many bad habits.

I have a Sig P229 in the 357 Sig Caliber. I really like the round and it works well in the Sig. I have found that the recoil is not an issue and the round is very accurate. I really like to shoot it.
