Used to eat in 'em a LOT when I was a textile engineer 30 years ago. When I was running overnight cotton dust tests, in a mill in West Tumbleweeds, NC/SC/GA/AL/TN/VA, OFFAL House was usually the only thing OPEN @ 3 in the morning. I could make a local newspaper, a BLT, & bowl of Bertha's chili...
