My Ruger SP-101 fits the CCW .357 roll very well also.

That looks like a stainless steel guide rod. OEM are plastic. I have a stainless in my G-23 and got it from The Glock Store for $29.95. glockstore.com It weighs 28.02 grams. The factory rod and spring weigh 10.35. They offer a tungsten one for $49.95. The tungsten is heavy at 43.55 grams...
