How easy is it to fire an MP7 in one hand?

How common in films and videogames and art are pictures of a man firing two MP7's or similar, one in each hand? I have seen or heard of such representations with Uzis.

UZIs are heavier than MP5s/7s and have a greater cycling bolt mass.
So its less realistic to fire them one handed.

Not that firing the MP7 is particular realistic but certainly much less unrealistic than firing a UZI single handed.
